We do provide detailed report & snag list to ensure your new build apartment is completed to the agreed specification. We shall record any defects or unfinished work in the property – paintwork, plaster, ceilings, windows, skirting boards, heating, kitchen including units and appliances, all installations, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, external walls and etc. The report (including digital photographs) should be send to your attention with copy to your developer.

For those of you who buy furniture or electronic appliances but need a confirmation that the items delivered in your apartment have the quality needed and are installed properly we make detailed inspections according to your list.

Inventory Service.

Our inventory service includes an accurate and detailed description of the interior of your property, including the condition of walls, ceilings, floors/carpets, paintwork, windows, light fittings, radiators, furniture, electronic appliances and etc.  This report will allow an accurate comparison to be made at the end of the tenancy and is principally used to prevent or resolve any dispute between you and your tenant.
